Greetings all! I stumbled across this site and I'm glad I have.

I haven't been this heavy since I was pregnant with my daughter...16 years ago. I was toxic so I carried a LOT of fluid. This time I have no excuse. LOL

I'm looking for some support due to the fact that I have a very busy life and some medical issues that make it hard for me to exercise......or maybe that's just an excuse. Yeah, I think it's an excuse. But I definitely lack motivation

Which is what brings me here.

I'm looking forward to getting to know everyone

I've only been with the board since October. This is a great place to meet others who are in the same situation! We all help each other along the way. It's pretty awesome.
