Post Wow...I am impressed
Hi I am "Reyanna1" 39 years old, 286 lbs from TO, Ontario. I have tried everything, except movement for long duration of time, like 3 hour workouts a day and I've never tried participated on any online forums like this. I am amazed by how many people have reached their goals and the amount of sharing that goes on on this site. I am glad I came across this site and I look forward to being here with others who can relate to what it is like to be obese and/or the weight loss roller coaster and working towards doing something about it.

Yesterday was my first day placing a post on this forum and reading about others who also face challenges with their weight but just knowing I would come back to this safe place, made me try a little harder to stay on track. I could have had a piece of birthday cake tonight but the first time since I can remember I actually turned it down. I think it has something to do with being honest about where I am at in my life- 286 lbs at 39 years old, feeling yucky about it. I never share this information with anybody. Thank you for to those who have welcomed me the site!
