Hello All, Today is my first day posting. I'm a work from home mom. And well I've gotten lazy!! My favorite past times are reading and crochet, which both include sitting on my butt

A few years ago I did WW from home, a friend of mine gave me her whole package of stuff (before the pts change) I lost like 10-15 lbs, but needed to lose more. I got depressed and quit watching what I was eating. I did everything on paper.
Well now I need to do it again!! Also my 14 year old daughter (who isn't over weight) thinks she needs to lose a few lbs. Which she really just needs to eat healthier, which she will do if I'm on the WW cuz there won't be bad food in the house!! So we are gonna get started!! I've figured my points and will prob start tomorrow.
Coffee will be my HUGE downfall, as I like LOTS of creamer in mine

But hey I can do this!!
I would also like to not keep track of my points in a notebook. Does anyone know of a free points tracker for the iphone?? If not I will just do it in my notebook.
