Hello ladies (and gentlemen!)
After losing 43lbs (and subsequently falling off the bandwagon!) I'm back and trying to get rid of the excess weight I gained over the past twelve months. It's true what the say - weight loss is something you consistently have to work at.
This time around I'm doing the Weight Watchers plan and sticking to it as best I can. I had my first weigh-in today and lost 4lbs. It's been a while since I felt good stepping off a scales and I'm planning on keeping it that way!
Anyway, just thought I'd say hello and rededicated myself to the 3FC way of life
