Hello ladies (and gentlemen!)

After losing 43lbs (and subsequently falling off the bandwagon!) I'm back and trying to get rid of the excess weight I gained over the past twelve months. It's true what the say - weight loss is something you consistently have to work at.

This time around I'm doing the Weight Watchers plan and sticking to it as best I can. I had my first weigh-in today and lost 4lbs. It's been a while since I felt good stepping off a scales and I'm planning on keeping it that way!

Anyway, just thought I'd say hello and rededicated myself to the 3FC way of life

Welcome back, Charmie, and kudos on addressing and attacking the issue so soon! I know when I've fallen off the wagon, I would've waited much much longer to come to terms with it and fix it. Good luck!!

Thanks Lakilaulea! To be honest I worked so bloody hard to get it off the first time around, I just couldn't allow myself to let it keep on creeping up!
