Hm, a little about me..I've been big my whole life, and even though I am confident I've got arthritis and after I had to get a shot to ease the pain I realised how important my weight was to my pain in the joints.

I have 3 months before the shot wears out and I hope I can do enough to be healthier and lose weight that I won't need another shot!

I'm definitely new to protein shakes, and cooking every meal (heh I am a lazy teen after all) so I'm excited to join this forum.
