Hello everyone! My first post on this website.
I have never been slim but always managed to keep my weight under some sort of control even after having my daughter 11 years ago. Now after having my son one year ago I ballooned. Even just after giving birth I was slimmer than I am now
lost all confidence, don't really want to go out unless I have to. My worst enemy is soft drinks that give me energy while looking aft my one year old. Well we are going away on holiday during Xmas with my parents, my husband and kids and I am dreading it. So I read a bit about Dukan diet and how it can give quick results. I'm not deluded and I don't think I am going to just lose all the weight in two weeks time but even a few pounds will be nice and will boost my confidence a bit. Has anyone tried it and does it really work? Would like to hear real answers from people who tried it
