Default Hi

Hello everyone! My first post on this website.

I have never been slim but always managed to keep my weight under some sort of control even after having my daughter 11 years ago. Now after having my son one year ago I ballooned. Even just after giving birth I was slimmer than I am now lost all confidence, don't really want to go out unless I have to. My worst enemy is soft drinks that give me energy while looking aft my one year old. Well we are going away on holiday during Xmas with my parents, my husband and kids and I am dreading it. So I read a bit about Dukan diet and how it can give quick results. I'm not deluded and I don't think I am going to just lose all the weight in two weeks time but even a few pounds will be nice and will boost my confidence a bit. Has anyone tried it and does it really work? Would like to hear real answers from people who tried it

Thank you and sorry for the long post!

Maria

hi maria! i personally don't know much about the Dukan Diet but i'm sure that someone here will be able to help you with that. (: whichever weight loss regime you choose, just remember to keep it at a level that you're able to sustain over a long period of time. burnout is the one thing that can put a stop to your efforts and convince you that it's easier to quit. you'll be surprised how small changes to your lifestyle can do wonders to help. diet and exercise have to go hand in hand, one without the other will result in a much slower and more unsuccessful attempt at losing weight.

good luck in your journey! (:
