Hiya people I am new here I have been on the protein diet for nearly weeks I lost 11 pounds in the first week second week I only lost 4 pounds quiet disappointed in that as I knew I could of made more of a effort . Next week am going to try harder by exercising more . I am going to start the vegetable diet for a week hoping for some major weight loss fingers crossed. I am working on to lose two stone by Christmas as I would like to get into my smart jacket.
My dream weight would be to go down to 14 stone .well by summer nothing worse then wearing baggy clothes to hide yourself when its hot. I cant remember the last time I wore shorts and a T-shirt. It would be nice to chat to other people and to swap ideas.
