Hi everyone -
This is the first time I've ever joined a site like this, but I figure that one of the best ways for me to reach my goal is to have support around me (whether it's in real life or just online).
I'm not at all at a good weight for myself, but I'm a very strong person because I've always active in some way. I think my biggest problems are not drinking enough water, not eating properly (weird foods or skipping meals), and just not exercising as much as I'd like. Finally, and most important to me, I don't have enough motivation. Oddly enough I want NOTHING MORE than to be healthier, but I just can't seem to take the steps past 1 week.
My favourite exercise is the ERG (rowing) machine since I can't get back on the water as of late, walking, and aerobics of any kind.
I hope I meet some new friends here and gain some well need motivation!
