Hi Crystal. I don't do Ideal Protein, but I've seen threads on this forum in which people have discussed alternative products to IP products. If you look around, I'm sure you'll find it.
I don't do IP -- not a fan of diets (for me personally) but I do know that a lot of chiropractors sell IP so you might check for one in your area (if you google their websites usually say). There is also a huge section here in the forum of people doing it. I'm sure they would be good ones to ask whatever you need to know about the program.
Hey Crystal, I just started IP on Monday. I would recommend that you find a place with weekly support. Anyone with a medical background can sell the product but not all places truly know what is going on. I am with a dietician and meet weekly and get all kinds of advice. I love the support
