I just started the Ideal Protein diet, with my spouse. Day 2 so far so good. Not hungry, was on Atkins previously and lost about 10 pounds but hit a plate and could not get off of it.
Everything seems pretty positive about Ideal Protein, except for the cost, but it may be worth the cost to finally lose and keep it off.
I just started yesterday and am on Day 2 today. Yes, I havent been hungry, well mostly except for the times of day when I usually get hungry. Ive got a lot to lose so I am hoping that this will be the plan that works for me. Im very motivated and have a very different attitude this time so I think that will be the difference. I am so impressed by everyone's loss on this site that it helps me to get through the tough times
