Default Returning from the beyond!

Hello all! I'm not exactly new here, but am making a sort of new beginning to things. I had posted here back in early 2011, and had lost nearly fifty pounds! But, I somehow fell off the diet wagon, gained back about twenty of those fifty, and pushed this site to the back of my mind.

I've been through a lot of changes since then. New home, new job, new boyfriend, and even school. I've been leading quite a busy life, and so haven't really bothered with eating right for a quite a while. Exercise has also been difficult for me. I have a lot of problems with one of my knees, and cannot walk for very long without getting a tightening, cramping feeling in one of my calf muscles.

I just so happened to remember this lovely site and figured I would try and get back into the swing of things. I know how supportive this site can be, and I hope that it can help me as I restart this journey!

Nice to see you back! Good luck on your journey, and hope those knees get better soon.

Hello and welcome back on the wagon!

Just a suggestion about your exercise. I have hip problems so am limited but I find that swimming and water workouts of all kinds, with water weights, etc. are really great ways to get good exercise with low impact.
