I've been at this weight loss thing for awhile. At my heaviest I was 195. I lost 60 pounds and hit my goal of 135 a few years back. My avatar is a from when I was at goal two years ago. Since then it has been a slow creep upward with a few periods of serious effort to get back to goal. Each time I've tried losing weight again, I end up creeping higher. Well, I'm done buying new clothes because nothing fits. I am ready to try again. Practice makes perfect, right?
Aw, that sucks that you accidentally started hiking back up, but good thing you noticed now rather than later! Surely if you can do it once, you can do it again.
