Hey everyone! My name is Megan, and I pretty much need a kick in the *** to get myself motivated enough to lose weight! lol I am 26 years old. A wife and a mommy to a 3 year old little girl. We are living in Japan until 2014. I feel like ever since I had my daughter I have not been able to lose this weight. I am 183 lbs, and my goal weight is 140. I was diagnosed with PCOS and IR in 2010, and that has attributed to my lack of weight loss. We eat pretty healthy but not healthy enough. Lately we have been going to the gym regularly and I have noticed a difference. So I am looking for others on the same journey and going through some of the same obsticals!
