So I joined this site because it seems like a great place for support/encouragement/resources. I started losing weight earlier this summer, but I've gained it all back because I wasn't too committed. So now, I'm starting again! I'm really upset I let myself get so big, because I used to be super athletic. I guess after so many high school sports, I wanted to take a break from exercising, and I've always seen myself at this size anyway so I almost didn't notice how big I was getting. But, now that I actually am this size, I appreciate the size I was before and want to get back to it, and then some! I've never had a flat stomach, and I want one. I've never worn a tank top without feeling self-conscious about my arms. College is supposed to be the time of my life, and I don't want to feel anxious in public, I want to feel confident for the first time : )
Anyway, I'd like to make a few friends here so we can motivate each other, but also because I like making new friends : ) Thanks for reading!
