Hey guys,
I am officially starting Ideal Protein today, hoping to get support from here, as most of you know it's not the easiest diet to stick to on tough days.
I am in my third year of university, and can't seem to get weight off or even stop it from accumulating. For this reason, I am starting IP and trying to change my body one day at a time, starting today!!
