Well I joined a long time ago but was not motivated. I did not do anyhting and at that time I only weighed 165. Now I am up to 185. At 5 feet that is not a pretty sight!
Anyways, I am always amazed and so happy for everyone who has reached there goals on here. I am starting today on my own road!
