Theox, thank you. I am not following a plan per se. I am vegan and am trying to get back to the eating plan I followed before when I lost the weight. Basically I was eating a ton of veggies, fruits, a good amount of protein, and was fearful of anything else, even a little lifesaver candy scared me. Not the case anymore! My biggest downfalls are carbs and sugars. For exercise, I go to the gym regularly and do both cardio and weight training, but for me it's harder to follow the diet than the exercise program. I know that no amount of cardio can justify a poor diet, but knowing these truths doesn't mean I can make myself follow them. I wish I could get back into the disciplined mindset I was in before.
If I may ask you, and anyone else that cares to respond, how do you keep yourself on track?
