I remember being that weight and hating myself. I had to accept myself and stick to a better diet and consistency on working out. After seeing results the first 2 weeks it made it a lot easier to stay motivated and keep on going. Its amazing how much better I feel at just 50 lbs lighter even if I am still 270.
I was in size 26 pants at 325 and some tight 24's. Now I'm in 22's just waiting to be in 18-20s. Thats my 1st goal..can't wait! Good luck to you
