Hi! My name is Brittany, and I'm 20 almost 21. I've been looking for a site like this for support and suggestions on how to start out on a new diet. At 5'7" and 270, I was shocked to see that it had gotten this bad. I'd notice my tummy looking a little bit bigger and pants getting tighter, but I had no idea that I was letting things go this bad.
I've been wanting to do something for a while now, but I lacked motivation. I, however, my boyfriend just recently asked me to marry him! (Yay
) When reflecting on this event, I thought to myself is this how I want to look and feel when I get married? Plus, I plan on having children early on, and I feel like I'd be a poor example for my children. I want to lose weight, but I want to be healthy and feel like I'm still getting to eat something.
My fiance supports me in everything I want to do, but I feel like I need someone(s) who can connect with what I'm going through.
