Hey y'all I'm Katy a SAHM of 4. I'm 25 and my heaviest weight was 290 lbs. I did the 17 day diet then got on hcg for a month or so. I "gave" up and now weigh 278- 286.. It fluxuates every couple of days.. I'm needing motivation.. I just need to so it so I can continue being here with my kids.. I'm excited to be on here and hopefully get inspired by some of you!

I need daily accountability for what I'm putting in my mouth so I find calorie counting really helps me stay on target. Find the plan that works for you and your lifestyle and as long as you stick with it and stay patient you'll get there!
