HELLO, WELL IM 26 YEARS OLD. IM 5FEET TALL AND I CURRENTLY WEIGHT 166 AND I WANT TO GO DOWN TO 120LBS. I STARTED GAINING WEIGHT LIKE MANY WOMEN DO AFTER I HAD MY DAUGHTER AND HAVENT REALLY ATEMPTED TO LOSE ANYTHING TILL NOW

sO IVE BEEN ON A A MEAL PLAN 1200 CALORIES AND I AM SEDATARY I WORK IN AN OFFICE BUT IVE STARTED WALKING TO WORK AND BACK HOME SINCE I WORK ABOUT A MILE AWAY. IVE ALSO STARTED WORKING OUT ON THE TREADMILL AT HOME FOR ABOUT 45MINUTES ON AN INCLINE.
SO IVE BEEN DOING THIS FOR GOING TO 5 WEEKS NOW AND I WAS GETTING RESULTS UP TILL 2 WEEKS AGO, I STARTED AT 175 SO IVE LOST 9LBS YAAY BUT IVE STOPPED

I DONT KNOW WHAT ELSE TO DO I CANT EAT ANY LESS, IVE COMPLETLY STOPPED SODA, CHIPS, JUNK FOOD I EAT HEALTHY FOOD SO IM REALLY STUCK..I FIGUERED IVE HIT A PLATEAU ALREADY AND NEED TO CHANGE UP MY EXCERCISE PLAN BUT UGH ITS SO SOON..ANY HELP, IDEAS, SUGGESTION WOULD REALLY HELP
