I had only been on my plan for 3 to 4 weeks and lost 12 pounds when I hit my first plateau. It lasted about 6 weeks. But then I got a whoosh so I was happy. Then another month or so passed by where I only lost a couple pounds, then another whoosh. So it balances out. I've read here that others have done the same. So just hang in there. Here in the next couple weeks, you may drop 5 pounds or so in a week. It could be water retention, too. Pay more attention to your measurements, or how your clothes fit, than you do the scale. Also, you might want to try calorie cycling. A lot of people have good luck with that. Hang in there. Sometimes it feels like it will never come off, but it does eventually.
