About 2 years ago I decided to lose weight, bought a wii fit and revamped my eating habits. I did really well for a couple of months and lost about 25lbs but then life caught up and I stalled, luckily I managed to hold onto what I had lost for a while until my life was on an even keel again.
When life settled I knew I still had changes to make and this time I decide to target smoking (3 Apr 11). I decided right off that I would eat what I wanted and deal with the fall out afterwards. So five months after my last cig the cravings had mostly gone and I knew it was time to jump (well, waddle) onto the scales.
Eek! I'd put back the 25lb + another 14

So I fired back up the wii fit and joined up with myfitnesspal. Things have been going slowly but steadily since then, over 6 months or so I lost 31 pounds but in the last 2 months I've hit a plateau.
I'm naturally obsessive about things and the stall has really been getting me down - it seems like the harder I try the less happens and I'm really struggling to stay focused.
I thought I'd join up here and try to keep some motivation going.
