Hey ya'll -
I have been more of a lurker than poster in the past. It's been a year since my last log-in. Since then we have moved, I have switched jobs, bought a house, lost a beloved pet, returned to school for my next highest degree level, and just generally been living.
I have reached new "heights" on the scale of 233 (I'm 5'7"), and that was the motivator to get back on here and be a part of a community dedicated to living a healthier lifestyle and losing weight.
So, here I am!

Taking things one day, one meal, one work-out at a time.
