Hello all! Decided to join bc I thought this might help keep me on track. Not sure if guys are supposed to join here, but oh well. I'm 25 and overweight. My ideal weight is 175, and currently I'm 261. I started at 266. 175 might seem overweight to some, but Im a big, broad, guy and have been since high school. Losing weight by calorie counting and it's worked before so hopefully it will again.
