So I'm here to get motivated. I guess I just need someone to share my ups and downs with that I don't know personally. My goal is to lose 140 pounds. I have a LONG way to go (I've only lost 4). But that's better than gaining four, right? I'm 20 years old and suffer from PCOS and severe depression, which doesn't help with my weight loss dreams. I hope to find the support and motivation I'm in desperate need of because every day I get more and more disgusted with myself. It's time for a change.

Glad to see you here! I'm 23, you can see my weight if you look a little to the left, and I want to lose about the same amount as you do. I also have PCOS and have struggled with depression in the past.

Losing four pounds is certainly better than gaining! Well done; you're on the right track! This forum will help you immensely if you get involved and check in every day. There are so many women here who have lost insane amounts of weight and kept it off, and who stick around to offer their advice and support. It's wonderful.
