Default I'm back...

Wow, now that I'm thinking about it, it has been over 10 years since I used to post here regularly! I lost almost 50 pounds back then and I think 3FC had a lot to do with it.

Then.. I had 3 more children and never did allow myself to get back to serious dieting. I've had a few failed attempts.. and many fluctuations in weight over the years but haven't been able to get back into the 'groove' and lose it all.

And now, I find myself at an all time high (non-pregnant) weight... 200lbs! Ouch... that is a hard number to see on the scale.
I think I'm ready to get serious, so I thought.. perhaps 3FC can help me once again! And this time (since I am done having children ) ... maybe I can actually keep it off for good!

So, that's all there is to the plan so far... I need to do some research and figure out my tactic. Last time I used calorie counting but I cannot seem to get back into that recently. All I know is, I need to do something because I refuse to let the scale inch up over the 200lb mark!

If you are done having children, you'd better be careful about your motto... the 'conceive' part anyway!

Best of luck to you and welcome back - I'm sure that since you've already done it once, you'll soon fall back into your groove and get the weight off once and for all!
