Hi! I'm new here. I'm a stay at home mom of 2 little girls (3 and 1 years old) and have to lose the pregnancy weight. I still have 13lb to lose. I don't follow a diet, but I'm trying to eat well and do some exercise. I just started the JM'30 day shred challenge and I'm on W6 of the couch to 5k.
