I'm starting WW PointsPlus Plan. I was doing the SFT which is the same as the Core plan, but I got carried away with portions. I'm hoping I will be able to get some support here.
I identify myself as a "Puffy Petite". I want to lose about 15 lbs. that are making their home all in my belly. At my age (70) I lose very slowly, and sometimes want to give up but then I'm really not happy because I'm so uncomfortable.
