A*L*O*H*A!!!! I am happy to have found this site and look forward to learning much and hopefully offering a bit of advice that will help others. I am trying to tone up and change my eating habits. I started a bikini boot camp last week and the trainer recommended a high protein low carb meal plan. She has given me a menu to follow and so far I've done well. I created an account at livestrong.com and I think seeing and being accountable for what I eat has helped a lot. Thank you for allowing me to introduce myself and join your group.

have you used livestrong before? if not, just be aware that when you track your fitness, it gives you extra calories you can eat. I don't like that it does that and don't use them, but just thought i'd mention it in case you don't want to use them, either.
Thank you both. Thank you for the tip yhahmd. I did notice that and I don't like that either. I think I have XX amount of calories left to eat and then realize I'm just eating what I've worked so hard to burn.
