Aloha everyone
A*L*O*H*A!!!! I am happy to have found this site and look forward to learning much and hopefully offering a bit of advice that will help others. I am trying to tone up and change my eating habits. I started a bikini boot camp last week and the trainer recommended a high protein low carb meal plan. She has given me a menu to follow and so far I've done well. I created an account at livestrong.com and I think seeing and being accountable for what I eat has helped a lot. Thank you for allowing me to introduce myself and join your group.

Hey ,welcome to the site! Bikini boot camp, huh? sounds fun :D
have you used livestrong before? if not, just be aware that when you track your fitness, it gives you extra calories you can eat. I don't like that it does that and don't use them, but just thought i'd mention it in case you don't want to use them, either. |
Thank you both. Thank you for the tip yhahmd. I did notice that and I don't like that either. I think I have XX amount of calories left to eat and then realize I'm just eating what I've worked so hard to burn.
