hi, just a short hello. ive been lurking for quite some time now and have gained so much guidance and inspiration from you all so thank you ! im nearly at goal, have lost 36 lbs so far by calorie counting and lots of spinning classes and am finding it a lot harder now than in the beginning as the weight loss slows down. hope to get more involved in the forums in the future. see you all around
I'll second (or third) that. Haha. I too was a lurker. What pushed me to become involved is the same as you...I'd lost weight on my own but was finding those last 10-15 lbs way harder to get rid of. The support helps a lot and I love the accountability. Welcome and good luck!
Jasb, welcome, glad to have you join us. I suggest you look for a Challenge or Support group to join; small check-in groups make it easier to connect, get involved, and be accountable. We have groups centering around specific diet plans, themes, or age groups, so find one that inspires you and just post to join! be sure to check out the Cal Counters!
