Just wanted to introduce myself. I am almost done with Phase 1, down 5 lbs (started at 151 lbs.) I used to be a WW'er but got so bored with it, and felt so hungry after my wheat puff and banana breakfast, that I figured there was something to this glycemic index worth checking out. I am loving SB, and am excited to start phase 2, but am so worried that it won't work. This way of eating is too good to be true.
Anyways, trying to lose the baby weight from baby #2. Had her in January. I was 124 lbs when I got pregnant (thanks to WW) and gained so much weight! 55 lbs! Can't wait to fit into those size 4's again...

I just couldn't bare going to meetings this time around, so here I am! Plus...what's that Einstein quote? 'Insanity: doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results.' I thought it was time for me to do something 'different'!

So glad you decided to join us. Please don't be afraid of moving into Phase 2. You will continue to lose weight. It does work! Try adding one food item to your day...a fruit or a whole grain item....and wait a few days before adding one more. Eventually, you will find the balance of what your body needs and what amount will still allow you to lose weight. And, please come back to chat with us each day.
