Hi! I am new to the community and looking forward to sharing my journey with all of you. I have been overweight for a long time and I am ready to get healthy and stay healthy. I've tried losing weight before and have met some great mini-goals, but once I see my success I tend to self-sabotage and I stop. I was almost more afraid of succeeding than not. Bet here I am, ready to try again and maintaining positivity! Hoping to get a lot of support if/when I hit those rough times. My plans are to do WW. Can't wait to talk to you guys!

We have groups centering around specific diet plans such as WW, themes, or age groups, so find one that inspires you and just post to join!
