Hey guys,
I am new to this site and am sadly not too new at trying to lose weight. I was a string bean in high school and was involved with dancing and cheerleading. My senior year I broke my back and have slowly begun (ok not so slowly maybe) to gain weight.
I am currently at 220 and am wanting to make it down to 160 pounds. I know that is a pretty hefty goal especially by October. I have met a really sweet man and with no pressure from him I decided I needed to do this. I am very excited to get back in shape and make a life change, but am very nervous because I don't want to hurt my back in the process.

welcome!! and congrats on getting started on your weight loss journey. Our goal to lose much weight does seem daunting, but it is doable. You have the support you need, try not to be nervous and just put your plan in action
