hello everyone

i am a 21 yr old nursing student and i have been overweight for as long as i can remember i have very bad self esteem and body image issues... when i went through my first bad break up in 09 i was at 250 and dropped down to 198 but not the healthy way and now i am back up to 237 yikes! before i signed up for this site i read blogs about goals and before and after pictures i like how everyone supports each other and is non judgemental i hope i recieve encouragment like that along with making new friends i would love to get to 160 before i graduate in december!

We have groups centering around specific diets plans, themes, or age groups, so find one that inspires you and just post to join! Be sure to check out the 20-somethings.
