Hey hey everyone, my name is Andrea and this is not my first time in a weight loss forum. I am not new to the whole weightloss scene either. I am here for support and offer support. For people who understand that I want to lose the weight and keep it off. I am not doing a specific diet however I am trying this stuff called calorad starting tonight. Andrea, welcome, glad to have you join us. I suggest you look for a Challenge or Support group to join; small check-in groups make it easier to connect, get involved, and be accountable. We have groups centering around specific diets plans, themes, or age groups, so find one that inspires you and just post to join!
