Default Let's try this again....

Good Morning Everyone!

It's been a few years since I have been on here as a "regular". My weight has pretty much gone back to what it was. Over the last year I have had a lot of changes in my life. I got divorced, sold our house and moved into a house that my parents own with my son. When I first seperated from my then husband I pretty much stopped eating and lost about 15lbs in a matter of a few months but since then I have gained about 10 of that back. I decided today is the day I get back to a healthier self. Last week I started working out to Zumba DVD's in the morning before work. I am hoping getting back on here for support and motiviation.

Also coming back heavier than when I left.... Always remember your self worth and use that as your number 1 motivator! You deserve to feel great, and so you will! Good luck in your endeavors and I hope to see you on the other side!

I think the Zumba DVD must be great work out. I had the Zumba Wii game and the couple of times I played it, man it really kicked my butt, lol. I would still do it today but my little ones kind of get in the way.

Good luck!

Well, looks like several of us are back again and have brought some extra pounds with us! But that's okay... we will get them off again!!!!

I just calculated though and I did not bring all of them back with me... 24 of them were still gone from my all time high from before...which means that now I am down a total of 30 from my highest.
