45. 3 kids.. premenopausal and just sooooooo ready to get started.
In the past I have always had such big goals that I have given up on them.
This time I am keeping it simple. I am doing WW PP off knock off apps. I have joined and rejoined 102394039 times.
I probably need to lose 60lbs as per the BMI index but I don't care. I just want to get in better shape without feeling I am starving or deprived.
So I am starting with 20lbs. If I lose that, I will go further but right now, I just want to lose 20lbs without feeling overwhelmed. I have 2 little ones at home and it has to be easy or I won't be able to stick with it.
I started last Thursday and am 1 day shy of my first completed week!
