Default Hi there everyone
My name is Rhia, and I am 26, almost 27. I am embarking on my weight loss journey starting October 6th, because my doctor the other day told me if I do not lose weight I will die. And death is a hard one to come back from lol. So I am doing South Beach. Well, I am horrible at these kind of things, so Hi there, and hope to get to know alot of you.

Welcome Rhia! I'm pretty new here too, but so far everyone has been super nice and they've given me great advice. Good for you for taking the plunge!
