Hi there everyone

My name is Rhia, and I am 26, almost 27. I am embarking on my weight loss journey starting October 6th, because my doctor the other day told me if I do not lose weight I will die. And death is a hard one to come back from lol. So I am doing South Beach. Well, I am horrible at these kind of things, so Hi there, and hope to get to know alot of you. :carrot:
