New here
Hi! This is my first post on 3FC. I am 36 years old and a Type 1 diabetic. I am really tired of being over weight and out of shape. I lost about ten pounds over the summer, which was great, but I still have 85 more to go to reach my goal weight. I have had two injuries to my left leg over the last year and a half, so things have been slow going. I like to walk but get shin splints, so I have started using an indoor bike trainer and doing JM 30 day shred. I don't just want to be thin I want to be toned.
