Hi.
I've been losing weight since Feb but recently took an unscheduled month off. Honestly, this is usually the weight I am when I decide it's good enough and quit. Six months later the weight is back on and I'm back at square one. This time I decided to try joining a weight loss community in the hopes of making friends and sticking with it. Here's to beliving I can break 200!

40 lbs is great!! You can do it too! Don't let yourself settle for where you are now. You already beat 40lbs. You only have to do that 1 more time to be well under 200. And only 2 more times to be at your goal!
