In the hopes of breaking 200lbs.
Hi.
I've been losing weight since Feb but recently took an unscheduled month off. Honestly, this is usually the weight I am when I decide it's good enough and quit. Six months later the weight is back on and I'm back at square one. This time I decided to try joining a weight loss community in the hopes of making friends and sticking with it. Here's to beliving I can break 200! |
Hi Thinsole! You can do it! I see you've lost 40lbs already which is fabulous! It's great that you decided to join 3FC too. I definitely find it helpful :)

40 lbs is great!! You can do it too! Don't let yourself settle for where you are now. You already beat 40lbs. You only have to do that 1 more time to be well under 200. And only 2 more times to be at your goal!
