Default Hi from a newbie
Hi, I'm Ruth....been a yo yo dieter all my life, but managed to lose weight about 2 years ago and have kept it off. Still struggle with psychological issues with food though, and sometimes feel like I could really use support from people who know what it's like!

Just off to explore the site now, but wanted to say hi.
