Hi, I am new here. I have been looking around the forums for the past couple of days and even posted once. This looks like a great place for support and motivation!
My name is Sue and I turned 40 last month. I have two goals one is to lose 60 pounds and the other is to become really fit! I am doing couch to 5k (I am at week 8) 3 days a week. And I am starting to add other workouts on the others. My goal is 1 hour a day 6 days a week, and generally active the rest of the time (I have a pretty active job) After I do C25K I will move into training for a 10K. And hopefully keep going. Last time I did C25K I ran a race, then pretty much stopped running.
I have signed up for the Biggest Loser Club. But haven't been doing the program much this summer because of the requirement of frequent meals. But I am going to be able to get back on track really soon.
