Tommorow is January 1 for me
Im new here but after seeing some of the goal photos -it gives me hope that people like me that are overweight can make a change. I have a serious problem wuth food. It's all I think about, I overeat all the time but I HATE the way I look and feel. Im so ashamed of how heavy I have gotten and I dont seem to do anything about it. This morning I went to the gym and worked out and JOINED. Tommorow I will go to a 5:45 AM spinning class - I want to make this work, I want to stay commited and Im hoping this community will be a great tool since many of us feel the same way.
