Many months later ....
I may not have hit my goals that I listed last year, but everything has a reason. I'm well on my way to meeting my goals now. I've lost 8 lbs in the last few months (never really got below 171 lbs until recently because I fell off the bandwagon). The guy I went on a hike with, who I liked for the longest time? We're simply friends now. We had a few months of something that never quite became more or "official," and one day I was just over it. Now I'm in my first relationship with someone else

. We recently reached our one month anniversary (haha, it's very significant to me). I'm looking forward to Valentine's day, but can't decide what to do with/for him, ack!
Also, if any of you ladies are still with 3FC, check out this book: Fitness Made Simple. It's what I'm using. I love it!! It's helping me to lose weight and burn fat in a healthy manner ^^.
