) I plan to start my exercise routine (mostly walking, I'd like to get into jogging later but small steps first) on Feb. 16th. Until then I am trying to gather information, plan a bit a head, trying things out, just so that I will not overwhelm myself as I have in the past and also another reason is a small health issue (I finally found a doctor willing to listen and to help me *very long story*). More about me: I am a mom of two, my stepson is 18 and my son will be turning 9 soon. I have a wonderful husband (but unfortunately, he doesn't understand what I'm going through totally). I am also currently in college trying to muddle my way through.
*Whew* hopefully that all made sense to everyone and I hope it was not too much information on this part of the board. I look forward to meeting with everyone soon, to make a few friends in the same boat, and support as well.
