Smile Newbie Here!!
Hey there everyone, I just joined 3FC today. My goal is to lose 30lbs.
I am married and a mother of 2 daughters ages 8 & 5. I work full times and also go to college part time. Me and my husband are getting ready to go to a IP meeting next week and find out more about it and hopefully start that diet soon. (Hubby needs to lose about 30-40 also)
I come across this site when googling and I got alot of great info and was very inspirred!!

Welcome to 3FC =)

There's an Ideal Protein area for those following that method, be sure to look there to chat with others. But, post and participate anywhere you're comfortable!
